How it works
You will receive one monthly bill from AES Ohio that itemizes all your included properties.
Make one monthly payment instead of multiple.
Reduce administrative time and costs while simplifying paperwork.
Customers can choose to include all or some of their business properties on a single bill. Landlords can do the same for their units at a given location.
Who qualifies
This service is available to AES Ohio customers with more than one property or rental unit.
A list of all AES Ohio account numbers you wish to include in your summary bill.
Primary business contact information, including name, primary phone number and email address.
The billing address where the summary bill should be sent.
Additional info
Each month, you will receive one summary bill for the included properties. Separate bills will be issued for any additional properties not included in your summary bill.
After receiving your first summary bill, you will make one payment for the total amount due for all included properties.
Your meter readings will follow the same schedule as they did prior to your enrollment in Summary Billing.
You can use AES Ohio E-Bill to receive an electronic version of your monthly summarized bill and to make payments online.
