2024 AES Ohio Foundation grant application
Process
Before you apply, here are key facts about our process:
- If you received funding in the last grant cycle (2023), a final report must be submitted before starting a new application.
- Review the Foundation focus areas and restrictions before starting your application.
- One grant application can be submitted every 12 months.
- The deadline for the 2024 cycle is October 1, 2024. The funding will be awarded in early 2025.
- A grant agreement is required with each award.
- Grant recipients agree to publicize and highlight the award through a short video, newsletter, news release, website acknowledgement and social media. Guidelines will be provided in the grant packet.
- A final report is required at the completion of your project in 2025.

- We encourage you to reach out to discuss the focus of your new grant application prior to starting an application.
Upload an electronic copy of the following documents to complete your application:
- Organization Budget Summary (Revenue vs. Expenses) for your current fiscal year
- Most recently completed Form 990
- Audited financial statements for your most recently completed fiscal year
- Board of Directors List with Affiliations
- Budget (Revenue vs. Expenses) for the program/project
- Revenue: Identify the funding sources, committed, pending and in-progress
- Expenses: Provide an itemized list of expenses
